In a moderated process, we work with you in developing and visualizing your business model ideas. We draw a picture of the future and address the following questions, among others:

Using the business model portfolio method, we make an initial assessment of the ideas and then elaborate an implementation strategy.

Development of new business ideas

In business model design processes, we start with initial ideas and turn them into concrete business model prototypes.

Starting with a concrete business idea, we use the business model design process in the "double loop" to develop so-called MVPs (minimum viable products) in collaboration with you, and help you with the further implementation.
